Up for auction is this 2018 Maserati Quattroporte S Q4 GranSport finished in Nero Ribelle Metallic over Nero leather with Rosso stitching. Launched in 2013, the sixth and current generation of Maserati’s flagship executive sedan is offered with a range of twin-turbocharged engines designed and assembled by Ferrari. This 2018 example features all-wheel-drive, optional 20” GTS wheels, and a V6 engine producing over 420 HP. Cared for by one owner and dealer-maintained from new, this Quattroporte is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New Jersey showing just over 17k miles on the odometer.
This Quattroporte comes finished in Nero Ribelle with red brake calipers and rides on optional 20” GTS forged wheels dressed in Pirelli P Zero tires. Both the fifth and sixth-generation Quattroporte were designed by Lorenzo Ramaciotti, who had also overseen the design of Ferrari’s 550 Maranello, 360 Modena, and F430 during his time at Pininfarina. Characteristic details include chrome trident badges on the C-pillars, triple porthole vents in the front fenders, and a front grille with prominent vertical strakes. Inside, Nero leather upholstery is accented by Rosso stitching and piano black inlays. Driver amenities include automatic climate control, remote keyless entry, heated front and rear seats, rear sunshades, heated steering wheel, 360-degree parking camera, and an infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
For the 2018 model year, the Quattroporte S Q4’s twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine received a power increase up to 424 HP. All four wheels are driven through a ZF 8HP70 8-speed automatic gearbox providing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in less than 5 seconds. The CARFAX report shows the initial pre-delivery inspection completed by Ferrari/Maserati of Central New Jersey with subsequent services carried out by Maserati of Monmouth, most recently in December of 2021.
