In addition to its “Widestar” body conversion and custom details, this G-Wagen underwent several performance upgrades including a valve-controlled sport exhaust system, Brabus ride control suspension, and an 800 HP engine tuning package. This G-Wagen is finished in its factory color of Desert Sand Gloss. The body has been enhanced with the Brabus “Widestar” conversion consisting of revised front and rear valences, and front and rear fender flares with integrated front LED lights. Other custom add-ons include a Brabus aerodynamic kit, a carbon fiber front hood, a carbon fiber Brabus-logo front grille, Euro side moldings, a spare tire delete with a carbon fiber block-off plate, black exhaust tips, and “Brabus Paint Service” with color matching for the grille vents, running boards, mirror arms, hood vent, and rear C-pillar vents. Custom details from Brabus include entrance panels with LED lighting, aluminum door lock pins, pedals, and shift paddles, Brabus floor and trunk mats in quilted leather, and customized quilted leather seats with headrests logos and “Brabus Fine Leather” badges. Factory options include an AMG Performance steering wheel in carbon fiber, the Parking Package with a 360-degree surround-view camera, the Burmester Surround Sound System, ambient lighting, and Alcantara headliner.
The 4.0 L V8 Biturbo engine in this G63 was tuned by Brabus to extract an additional 212 HP and 111 lb.-ft of torque, making for a total output of approximately 800 HP and 740 lb.-ft of torque. An AMG Speedshift TCT 9G automatic transmission sends power to all four wheels allowing the G800 to accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4 seconds while reaching a top speed governed at 149 MPH. Other performance upgrades include a Brabus Valve-Control Exhaust System, a Brabus blowoff valve adapter, and Brabus Ride Control with Dual-Ride Mode Suspension struts and lowering springs.

@RRM26 thanks for digging a little deeper to answer the question. Just for clarification, was the response you got from Brabus or from Mercedes Benz? It sounds like you spoke with Brabus who indicated they would warranty their stuff, but if the transmission goes out, or there is an issue with the motor does Mercedes Benz still cover the vehicle under their warranty? Or does Brabus cover it in the event MB decides the aftermarket parts voided their warranty? There are some instances of "aftermarket" parts being covered under vehicle manufacturer warranty (the Roush supercharger on a Ford Raptor for example), but it would be nice to get confirmation of exactly what effect the upgraded turbos, tune, etc. from Brabus have on the MB warranty. @JJensen I asked our USA Brabus Rep your question and this is what he said.
"Yes as long as we know that we or one of our authorized dealers did the job (show invoice if a dealer did it ) and the car was maintained as per MBZ schedule. If we detect neglect/ abuse / racing we will not."
Per the Car Fax I pulled the first owner was reported 4/28/20. I think MB has a 4Y/48K warranty, so you have a little over 3 years left. MB won't warranty the Brabus parts (although I'm sure Brabus has a warranty for their own stuff), and since the 800HP package adds new turbos I imagine MB would have a pretty legit claim to deny engine warranty on their own parts should there be a catastophic failure. Technically the Brabus stuff is aftermarket, so it will depend on how willing your MB dealer is to work with you should something go wrong. As with most aftermarket parts, the vehicle manufacturer SHOULD warranty their own stuff that wasn't replaced, but I think it would come down to how williing you are to fight MB in court should they reject your warranty claim. I can tell you that there are some dealers that will work with you on modifications, and others that won't. What it really comes down to is whether MB has to send out one of their own techs to diagnose/investigate the issue. If that happens, then the dealer will undoubtedly go with whatever MB says.
