After a 17-year hiatus, the Mustang Mach 1 rejoins Ford’s model range based on the sixth-generation S550 platform and features a powerful 5.0L Coyote V8 engine as well a lightweight 6-speed manual transmission and parts borrowed from the high-performance Shelby models.  This one-owner 2021 example comes equipped with leather-trimmed Recaro sport seats, the Mach 1 Elite Package, the Mach 1 Appearance Package, 19” aluminum wheels, and much more. This Mach 1 comes finished in the exclusive color of Fighter Jet Gray with unique black and orange accent stripes included as part of the Mach 1 Appearance Package.  The Mach 1 comes equipped with a rear diffuser derived from the Shelby GT500 as well as a unique mesh grille with two large circular cutouts.  Other standard features include LED headlamps, LED sequential taillights, twin hood vents, a rear lip spoiler, and bright finished 4.5'' quad exhaust tips.  The seller describes the finish to remain in like-new condition, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report. The rear wheels are driven by way of a lightweight Tremec TR-3160 6-speed manual transmission with a 3.73 Torsen rear axle. The Mach 1 shares several parts with high-performance Shelby Mustangs including the intake manifold, oil-filter adapter, oil cooler, and front and rear subframes from the Shelby GT350, as well as the rear axle cooling system and rear toe link from the Shelby GT500. Other performance features include Electronic Line-Lock, Selectable Drive Modes, Selectable Power-Assisted Steering, the MagneRide Damping System, and an Active Valve Performance Exhaust. The CARFAX report shows service by Maplecrest Ford of New Jersey in March of 2021 and the car is backed by the remainder of its 3-year 36k-mile bumper to bumper and 5-year 60k-mile powertrain and roadside factory warranties.
