Offered for auction is a 2021 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4MATIC finished in Obsidian Black Metallic over a Black Exclusive Nappa Leather interior. The first Mercedes-Benz GLS-Class to wear the Maybach badge, the GLS 600 is an ultra-luxury SUV with executive accommodations in the rear along with the latest in comfort and driver technology. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged V8 assisted by a 48-volt hybrid system for improved acceleration. Featuring an optional trailer hitch, heated windshield, and rear-seat entertainment system, this one-owner 2021 example has traveled just over 5k miles from new and is now being offered for auction out of New York.
This GLS comes finished in Obsidian Black Metallic with Maybach-specific details including a chrome vertical pinstripe grille with Maybach lettering at the top center, a chrome mesh lower grille, chrome window trim, door handles, b-pillar trim, Maybach emblems on the d-pillars, chrome roof rails, and a chrome rear diffuser. The sill panels feature automatically extending illuminated running boards. The headlights include the Mercedes LED Intelligent Light System with Active Curve Illumination, Adaptive High-Beam Assist, and an Ultra-Wide Highbeam feature. The cabin is appointed with Black Exclusive Nappa Leather upholstery, Black Nappa headliner, and Natural Grain Grey Oak wood trim. The Active Multicontour front seats include heating, cooling, memory, and massage functions. Other features include heated front and rear armrests, heated and cooled cupholders, a power liftgate, Keyless-Go entry, soft-close doors, LED ambient lighting, the Burmester High-End 3D Surround Sound system, a head-up display, and dual 12.3” digital displays with a touchpad controller on the center console.
This GLS was specified with a 5-seat cabin configuration which provides room for a center passenger while retaining the same heating, cooling, memory, and massage functions for the outboard seats. The rear seats can recline up to 43 degrees without reducing legroom and come with suede headrest cushions as well as embossed Maybach leather pillows. Other passenger amenities include individual climate controls, an optional entertainment system, panorama roof, wireless charging stations, and a control tablet located in the armrest.
The GLS 600 is powered by a hand-built twin-turbocharged V8 engine rated at 558 HP and 538 lb.-ft of torque, assisted by a 48-volt hybrid system. A 9-speed automatic transmission sends power to all four wheels through Mercedes’ 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system, allowing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in less than 5 seconds. Mercedes E-Active Body Control comes standard and works in conjunction with the adaptive air suspension. Service was completed by Silver Star Mercedes-Benz in February of 2021.

@gdek ok. Just trying to clear it up. We have ran one of the largest independently owned auto company’s in the US. And this has never been a route taken. So is Benz going to cut a check back to the bier on here for what the difference is on the loan?
