This 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 van was purchased new from Mercedes-Benz of Sioux Falls before being driven to Minnesota where a conversion by Zenith & Company was completed in November of 2022. Finished in Arctic White paint with a customized interior featuring black leatherette captain's chairs, this Sprinter is extensively modified for outdoor recreational use, including a lifted suspension, all-terrain tires, alloy wheels, and much more. Showing under 400 miles on the odometer, this custom 170" wheelbase Sprinter van is being offered for auction out of Minnesota on a clean title.
Finished in Arctic White paint from the factory, this 2021 Sprinter van features extensive exterior modifications including an Aluminess roof rack and side-mounted ladder, a Fiamma awning, and vented windows. BF Goodrich T/A KO2 tires wrap Black Rhino Hard Alloy wheels at all four corners. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, this Sprinter features black leatherette seats and an extensively modified interior with Richlite counter surfaces, Havelock wool insulation, custom-made poplar and Baltic birch cabinets, and custom-milled pine tongue and groove. Additional modifications include a stainless-steel sink, a convertible bed and table area, an electric induction cooktop with double burners, dimmer-switch controlled recessed ceiling lights a 33-gallon freshwater tank, Bosch electric mini-tank water heater, an outdoor shower, a Dometic portable toilet, Isotherm Cruise 130 refrigerator, a 3000-watt Victron inverter/charger, and a Victron solar MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) charge controller. Factory equipment includes lane-keeping assistance, a Parking Package with a 360-degree camera, blind spot assistance, heated and power front seats, and a rear cabin heater.
Under the hood of this 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 van is a 3.0L V6 diesel engine producing up to 188 HP and 325 lb.-ft of torque. It pairs up to a 7G-TRONIC automatic transmission and transfer case powering all four wheels. A Van Compass Stage 3 System has been installed, which includes Front Falcon 2.1 monotube shocks at all four wheels with SumoSprings in the front and a mini leaf spring pack in the rear. A factory 3-year/33,000-mile warranty provides coverage until 12/27/2024 in addition to a 1-year conversion warranty on all items installed by Zenith & Company.

@Adoptagreatpet no worries! Yes the AC is a 12volt unit. We have a auxiliary battery system that holds 540amp hours of storage to power all of the components inside the van, while the vehicle is turned off. The great thing about his AC unit is that it won’t require shore power to operate, giving you more flexibility for remote settings.
I assume there is AC which can be run when the car isn’t. Is there a generator that can power the interior. Sorry if I missed this! Thank you.
@gweidenh thanks so much! The bed panels can be stored in multiple locations when not in use.
The first option is to store them indoors, behind the double seat - sanding up vertically between the countertop and double seat.
The second option is to store the panels outside, up on the roof rack. They are fairly light, so the panels are manageable to maneuver up there via the ladder.
If you decide to leave the bunk bed in bed mode throughout the day, you can leverage the front seat as a secondary dining space. The front seats can swivel around to face the double seat and there is a Lagun table mount up front as well.
Lastly, if the bunk bed won't be in use for the entirety of the trip, they can be removed and left at home for that excursion.

Nice van build! Minor correction on the turbo: according to the MB Chicago web site, it appears all MB Sprinters have turbo engines.

@jbauto we take each material choice into strict consideration as it relates to the weight we are adding to the vehicle. We build with lightweight materials that will last through time - all within the weight restrictions of the chassis. To be on the conservative side, we add the Van Compass Stage 3 Suspension Upgrade Kit. Additionally, we only ever build conversions on 4x4 vehicles. The engine is not turbocharged. @JimHawkins The payload is 3,800lbs and the tow capacity is 5,000lbs. Additionally, we have installed a Van Compass Stage 3 suspension system to this 4x4 Sprinter.
Any information about payload / tow capacity? This would need to replace my tow vehicle to get my track car around.

@deezPcar yes, we have two lithium ion batteries from Battle Born, that total 570amp hours of storage. The GameChanger 3.0 from Battle Born.
