A high-performance evolution of the McLaren 720S, the 765LT was unveiled as McLaren’s newest Super Series Longtail model in 2020 featuring a revised twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing 755 HP, lowered suspension with an upgraded Proactive Chassis Control system, a full titanium exhaust, and unique aerodynamic bodywork producing 25% more downforce. This 2022 McLaren 765LT Spider is designated as "000 of 765" produced in total and showcases a one-off specification including over $200k in options from McLaren Special Operations (MSO). It comes finished in Gloss Visual Carbon Fiber bodywork with Tokyo Cyan accents over a matching MSO Bespoke Alcantara interior. Cared for by one owner, this brilliantly configured 765LT Spider is now being offered for auction out of Florida while showing approximately 500 miles on the odometer.
Based on McLaren’s MonoCage II carbon fiber monocoque chassis, the 765LT offers a significant aerodynamic advantage compared with the 720S by using vented front fenders, a longer active rear wing element, a larger front splitter, and a quad-tip titanium exhaust system. This Spider version was specified with MSO Gloss Visual Carbon Fiber bodywork at a cost of over $153k and includes MSO Tokyo Cyan pinstripes, brake calipers, and a rear wing color split. Other options include an electrochromic roof panel and the Stealth Pack which adds satin black accents throughout the exterior. It rides on 19” 10-Spoke Super-Lightweight wheels dressed in Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires. The seller notes that clear paint protection film has been applied over the exterior, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is upholstered in Black and Dove Grey Alcantara with Super Lightweight Racing Seats and MSO Defined carbon fiber trim and sill panels. The seats are adorned with MSO Tokyo Cyan headrests as well as matching satin pinstripes and stitching. The carbon fiber and Alcantara steering wheel features an MSO Tokyo Cyan 12 o’clock marker and "+/-" markings for the satin shift paddles. Other details include MSO floor mat badges, 360 Degree Park Assist, and a fire extinguisher. The 765LT uses thinner gauge glass and less sound insulation than a standard 720S to reduce weight and provide more sound from the motor.
The 765LT derives power from a specially tuned version of McLaren’s twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 M840T engine featuring forger aluminum pistons, a high-capacity fuel pump, stiffer mounts, and triple-layer head gaskets borrowed from the McLaren Senna. Up to 755 HP and 590 lb.-ft of torque is sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed Graziano dual-clutch automatic transmission allowing the 765LT to accelerate from 0-60 MPH in less than 3 seconds with a top speed of over 200 MPH. It rides 5mm lower than a 720S and features lightweight springs with secondary helper units along with an upgraded Proactive Chassis Control system. Carbon ceramic disc brakes are equipped as standard. The seller states all service has been kept up to date.

The 000 was built and designed by MSO. Mclaren HQ offered the LT and I graciously accepted, it is my understanding there was one 000 coupe and spider. Yes it's a rare 000 but it does exist.
