Available for auction is this 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD Midwest Weekender finished in Iridium Silver Metallic over a custom beige cabin. Midwest Automotive Designs is an Indiana-based luxury recreational vehicle builder, which specializes in upfitting Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. This one-owner long-wheelbase high-roof Sprinter 3500 is a class B RV and has been fitted with a massive list of luxury amenities. Notable features include a 60k BTU heat and air conditioning system, high-definition LED televisions, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and a dining table, a power-folding rear sofa bed, a bathroom with a porcelain toilet, a shower, and sink, multiple water tanks, a solar panel charging system, and much more. It is now being offered for auction with the remainder of Mercedes-Benz factory warranties by its seller out of Pennsylvania while showing approximately 6,500 miles on the odometer.
This Sprinter comes finished in Iridium Silver Metallic and came factory equipped with the chrome grille and exterior lighting packages which add LED headlights and taillights among other features. During its conversion by Midwest Automotive Designs, a host of exterior upgrades and accessories were installed including fiberglass running boards, a rear tow hitch, a power-operated awning with LED lighting, a digital air television antenna, a 200 Watt Roof Top Solar Charging System, an exterior shower, and much more. inside, this Sprinter has been fitted with custom Maybach-style seating upholstered in beige diamond-stitched leather. Factory amenities include cruise control, wireless phone charging, a heated windshield, intelligent navigation, a host of driver assistance features including traffic sign assist, blind spot and attention assist, lane keep assist, and more. As part of its RV conversion, the cabin has been fitted with dark tinted side and rear windows, JL Audio speakers, a bathroom equipped with toilet, shower, and sink, a kitchen equipped with a sink, cabinetry, a mini refrigerator, and induction stove as well as fresh, grey and black water tanks with a water heater, two high definition televisions, heating and massage features for all captains chairs, and a digital control center with a BMV-712 smart battery monitor.
Power comes from a 3.0-liter V6 turbodiesel engine which drives the dual rear wheels by way of a 7-speed 7G-Tronic automatic transmission. The suspension consists of a front strut setup with transverse leaf springs and a rear leaf spring setup. Stopping power comes from 4-wheel disc brakes with ABS. The CARFAX includes seven service history entries dating back to 2020, and the seller notes that the vehicle is accompanied by the remainder of its factory warranty.
