This GT3 was ordered in Racing Yellow accented by black model designation and Motorsport stripes as well as stone guards over the rear fenders in black.  Other options details include exterior mirror trims in carbon fiber, an exposed carbon-fiber roof panel, LED headlights in black with Shark Blue accents, and Satin Black painted wheels with outer lips in Shark Blue.  The latest GT3 features a new swan-neck mounted rear wing that works in conjunction with a large rear diffuser, front spoiler, and smooth underbody paneling to provide impressive downforce.  The 20”/21” GT3 wheels feature center-locking hubs and Pirelli P-Zero tires.

The cabin is trimmed in black leather and Race-Tex upholstery with deviated yellow stitching throughout.  Full carbon fiber bucket seats are equipped, and optional extended leather trim covers the dashboard, door panels, steering wheel, gear lever, and air vent surrounds.  The seatbelts, instrument dials, and air vent slats all come in Racing Yellow.  Other optional details include seatbelt outlet trims in Race-Tex, a center console lid in Race-Tex with “PORSCHE” logo, under-door puddle light projectors, and personalized floor mats with leather edging.  An image of the original window sticker can be found in the gallery.

The naturally aspirated 4.0L flat-six in the new GT3 was developed at Porsche’s Flacht motorsport facility, based on the engine from the 911 GT3 Cup race car.  It is mounted low towards the middle of the car and features six individual throttle bodies.  As much as 502 HP and 346 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission which provides acceleration from 0-60 MPH in approximately 3.7 seconds. Optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) are equipped, and standard performance features include rear-axle steering, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Porsche Stability Management (PSM), and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus).  This GT3 remains covered by the balance of its factory 4-year/50k-mile warranty.

This sale will include the original window sticker and a clean title.  Do not miss your chance to own this generously optioned 2022 GT3 with a 6-speed manual transmission.

Flipping is legal and how some make a living. apparently.
Still, a dick move , IMHO, nd a real source of aggravation to those of us who want to actually drive the cars and cannot get one for ourselves at a P dealer.
Akin to buying tickets from a scalper or ticket re-seller. They just get in the way of a legitimate transaction and annoyingly jack up the price with zero added value to the manufacturer nor the end user.

@Lkbtwins Your great dealer would be unwise to sell you a 2022 at MSRP .

In a way- the premium keeps the flippers AWAY. Think about it. I'm buying mine to love and I am able to get it because I paid the market price; well below market price...

  • Lkbtwins (registered bidder) 2 years, 3 monthsago

@991gt3 , my dealer is great paid MSRP for 2008, 2018? And 2022 ( I would not sell for $ 350,000 , too much highway and track fun, cheers)

It's market price, ever heard of supply and demand? I've got an allocation but had to give $75k premium and wasn't guaranteed to get it at first... I would have to get 100 over retail to break even with taxes.

If the seller did something to buy at retail, power to him.

This heavy optioned spec should fetch 125 plus premium and the buyer will be ecstatic.

  • Lkbtwins (registered bidder) 2 years, 4 monthsago

Agree this is a buy to flip and ashame ! I have a 992 GT-3,and years to get an allocation, I will put 10,000 highway miles and 24+ track days/year, average on each of the three I have owned. Drivers should get these cars only!

  • Tskillen 2 years, 4 monthsago

@Nj993c2 Don't you know how the game is played?

You may not like it, but it is not "first come, first served" - He had the right trade for Porsche, attended enough events and has bought enough of the make to make allocation.

    Good on him.

  • Nj993c2 (registered bidder) 2 years, 4 monthsago

This auction is fascinating. The seller clearly bought this with intention to flip, meaning thousands of others who want one to own and enjoy one couldn’t utilize this allocation. Would love for the dealers to figure out a way to stop this - be it right of first refusal or minimal hold time on specialty cars….
