DT: 1k-Mile 2022 Porsche 992 GT3 6-Speed

Porsche’s answer for the most discerning driving enthusiasts, the latest GT3 incorporates RSR-inspired front suspension, advanced aerodynamic bodywork, and a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter engine producing over 500 HP. This 2022 example comes finished in Gentian Blue Metallic over a black leather and Race-Tex interior with Shark Blue stitching. It was ordered with optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), an extended-range fuel tank, a front axle lift system, Chrono Package, Adaptive Sport Seats Plus, and a 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission. Currently under the care of its second owner with just under 1k miles showing on the odometer, this GT3 is being offered for auction out of Arizona.

Utilizing lightweight aluminum and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP), the bodywork of the GT3 features a new swan-neck mounted rear wing and air outlets molded into the carbon fiber front hood. This example is finished in Gentian Blue Metallic with optional painted mirror trims, PCCB calipers in yellow, LED headlights in Black, and 20”/21” center-lock wheels painted in Satin Dark Silver. The full front end is preserved under clear paint protection film and removable 35% tints have been applied to the windows. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The cockpit is trimmed in black leather and Race-Tex upholstery contrasted by Shark Blue stitching. Optional equipment includes Adaptive Sport Seats Plus (18-way), ParkAssist (rear), Chrono Package, Bose Surround Sound System, auto-dimming mirrors with integrated rain sensors, Ambient Lighting, under-door puddle light projectors, and pedals/footrest in aluminum.

Based on the engine from the 911 GT3 Cup race car, the latest road-going GT3 carries a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six with six individual throttle bodies and an output of up to 502 HP and 346 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by way of an optional 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission which provides acceleration from 0-60 MPH in approximately 3.7 seconds. Optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) are equipped, and standard performance features include rear-axle steering, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Porsche Stability Management (PSM), and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus). The balance of the original factory warranty remains in effect.

This sale will include a clean title (lien).

@HALSA5 - 30 I agree 60 only for a touring. You do have a very nice spec car and I hope you get it. Good luck its beautiful. The guys @pcar are great in the dealtank as well! They will sell it!

  • HALSA5 (seller) 4 days, 22 hoursago

@fcort7 I am not asking for a lot as you can see. 30-60k under what dealers asking for online.

  • fcort7 (registered bidder) 4 days, 23 hoursago

@HALSA5 - Just a friendly statement, I am a large dealer in Dallas and values (especially Porsche) have been dropping. If stocks and crypto continues to drop, you will see the market turn fast. Be careful, the market of 3 months ago is gone.

Porsche has confirmed 992.1 GT3 Production is going into September of next year, they are doing their best to catch up as they had delays due to lockdowns and war etc. I think this implies the gap between when the 992.2 generation comes out will be shorter than historically. The fact that they are going to be producing these for much of next year along with other macro factors, I see these potentially coming down in price. $55K over was a lot for this example.

@Bxlnghaus the last message was meant for you. Sorry about that. Still willing to work with you and I apologize for my error..

@kcarz what is your problem?? Did I do something to you?? This is the problem now with the auction sites letting ppl like troll on auctions.

  • kcarz (registered bidder) 4 days, 23 hoursago

@jeliz wasn't even the final bidder -- @BxInghaus was. What a mess. Cars & Bids next?

  • HALSA5 (seller) 5 daysago

@Jeliz I asked pcar to reach out to you. I can make it right after my error.

  • HALSA5 (seller) 5 daysago

@texacoSC I made an error. I should’ve said I’ll lower the reserve. It was final minute and k reacted and texted too fast. I apologize to the last bidder. He and I can still work this out.

  • texacoSC (registered bidder) 5 daysago

@HALSA5 would never buy a car from someone who says they are lowering reserve and then doesn't. don't trust this guy

  • HALSA5 (seller) 5 daysago

@Jeliz I should have. I’ll let it go for 255k if that helps you. My reserve was much higher

  • Jeliz (registered bidder) 5 daysago

@HALSA5 Next time be more specific :)

  • HALSA5 (seller) 5 daysago

I was hoping a few thousand not a few hundred

  • mgange (registered bidder) 5 daysago

Just realized it's already 54K above MSRP. WooHoo! and it's not even a Touring with PTS and Exclusive Leather

Porsche has some amazing blue colors, this one is up there in the top 3. I have this car in Miami Blue.

  • HALSA5 (seller) 5 daysago

One more bid and I’ll turn off the reserve

  • mgange (registered bidder) 5 daysago

As an owner of a 2023 Touring, rooting for 50K+ over MSRP. Sure, you may be able to buy one closer to MSRP in the near future, but you'll wait at least 12 - 24+ months to even see it. Or, you can enjoy one of these AMAZING cars NOW.

  • HALSA5 (seller) 5 daysago

@Mshakar1 bidders can have it for much less!

  • Mshakar1 (registered bidder) 5 daysago

Just saw this exact car at my Porsche dealer in So. Cal new. MSRP is $210K. They have a market adjustment of $100K. $310K

  • HALSA5 (seller) 5 daysago

@SLS993 thanks for the info. My local dealers won’t even take a 992 gt3 order and they told me it’s probably 1-2 year wait. This is a great opportunity for someone to get this rare manual with pccb and Gentian blue color. Also I am not a dealer so fees or taxes in most states.

    Let’s go USA..

  • SLS993 (registered bidder) 5 daysago

My Porsche dealership in Miami won't take any new GT3 orders. My other Porsche dealership i used to buy 2 new Porsches in 2017 and 2020 asked for a $75K over MSVP deposit.

@ autobahn22 you do realize regardless of whether it’s a used car or new car, every car has its value especially a 992 gt3. You may be able to order it new but doesn’t mean you can just walk in and buy one for msrp like it’s a Nissan Sentra LOL. Gotta love it when folks with zero intention of buying have unsolicited advice . That being said… I hope it stays low so I can buy it ?

  • AliGhanizad 5 days, 4 hoursago

Bid in the amount of $231,000

  • HALSA5 (seller) 5 days, 4 hoursago

Few hours to go and this car will go to a new home hopefully. Car has full PPF up front, mirror, door edges and cups. 35% ceramic tints all around as well. Never tracked either..

  • HALSA5 (seller) 5 days, 4 hoursago

@kcarz has this site and BaT become the new Facebook? I just went online and 6 Manuals available and none are under 280k from dealers. Manuals are RARE in this model especially with pccb and this color. Good luck to all the bidders.

  • kcarz (registered bidder) 5 days, 4 hoursago

Dealers are coming down a lot on their ADMs. Doesn’t make sense to up bid this unless you love the exact spec.

@autobahn22 thanks for your advice. I’ll keep that in mind ??

  • autobahn22 5 days, 8 hoursago

You do realize it is now a used car....selling a used car and expect to get what you paid for it is possible but certainly not guaranteed. I suggest you keep the vehicle and see if it becomes a collectible. I believe you can still order one new from Porsche.

  • HALSA5 (seller) 1 weekago

@Bergman of course I am not going to give it away. It’s for sale for the right price. If I don’t get my price then it can stay with me or I can trade it for a 488 GTB.. I take it you won’t bid and here to troll. Thanks for stopping by and happy holidays to you as well.

  • Bergman 1 weekago

From the seller "so I am just supposed to give it away?? I didn’t buy this car at msrp! If I have to keep it then I will. Thanks for your input"

    Clearly not keeping it.
