The sign will be shipped including the neon
it does not recharge, you will only have to change the neon since it no longer works

"Illuminated Neon"? Where is the Neon gas input port? How do we refill the Neon gas? Please advise.

Hello to everyone and welcome to this very rare ducati insignia from a dealership .
The sign has a Neon system and is equipped with a European plug. 
I wanted to inform you that the sign will be shipped in a wooden crate with all the appropriate protections. 
The winner will be followed throughout the shipping process and will be kept up to date with photos and details and will also be able to contact me directly by phone , as I also live in the United States.
