Available for auction is an authentic illuminated double-sided Michelin dealership sign. The sign is said to be from the 1970s and features a double-sided design with four plastic faces. The bottom blue faces each feature a waving Michelin man rolling a tire with the Michelin logotype above. The top yellow faces feature a removable sticker that reads “Reifen” or tires in English. The sign measures approximately 51” inches in height, 35” inches in length, and 8” inches in width and is constructed of an aluminum frame. A manufacturer sticker can be seen affixed to the bottom and reads PWM Werbeleuchte.

The internal sign components are accessed via the sign’s removable faces. In an effort to preserve the sign's originality, the seller elected to keep the original fluorescent lighting and wiring. The sign is powered by 230v with a European plug and works flawlessly. The seller notes some minor patina on the frame but all plastics are in great condition free of any cracks or major scratches.

Whether you’re a collector of automotive memorabilia, or simply an admirer of fine craftsmanship, this beautiful authentic illuminated Michelin sign is sure to make a striking addition to any space. The buyer is responsible for shipping, shipping insurance, handling, and transactional fees.
