Available for auction is a Black/Black Porsche 996/997 cabriolet hardtop. The seller states the top was originally ordered for a 2000 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet. The hardtop has always been stored indoors, in a temperature controlled room. The hardtop is in great condition including the headliner, trim panel, parcel shelf and window seal felt strips. This top should fit Porsche 911 models 1999 to mid 2012. The seller states the hardtop will come with a stand and a Porsche branded cover. The buyer is responsible for shipping, shipping insurance, handling, and transactional fees.

Just checking in! After a little research and from what I could find, it appears that the approximate dimensions for this hardtop is as follows;
From Front to Back – 70”
From Side to Side – 50”
The height (top to bottom) is 20”
There is a hoist you can buy to mount on the ceiling of your garage that will attach to the top. You just drive up under it, attach it to the top, and then pull up the hoist to store it. When you want to attach it to the Porsche again, just do the same steps in reverse. There is a dust cover to put on as well before storing it. If anyone has experience with this please share your thoughts.
the color is actually GTsilver which is worse (not arctic silver) i am willing to pay you the 180 delivery my neighbor will charge me if you wish. my number is in the contact seller message

Just wanted to put this out there in case you are a newer owner of a 996; this model hardtop has a rear window defogger and once this top is set in place and the latches are secured, it automatically connects.
