Judging by the photos, this appears to be a small frame NOT a large frame as stated in the first sentence of this ad.
@coakland I’m 71” tall and can ride it. The seat has room to adjust for a little shorter and taller.

51 cm is about 20 inches if I am correct. I'm 5' 11' and I think this frame will be too short for someone my height.

They are wrapped up and secured to the handle bars.
The pedals seem to be missing in the pictures. Those will be re-installed, correct?
@justdiggin it is a 1998. The tires were on the bike when I bought it in 2016. If you are planning to ride it, you should replace them. I bought it for the purpose of displaying it. Thanks for the interest.
