This sign displays the 1953 Mille Miglia winning Ferrari Ferrari 340 MM Vignale Spyder as well as information from the historic race. 
The sign measures 17" x 22" x 3" and features a translucent plexiglass front with an aluminum frame. According to the seller, the sign was produced by API-Neon in Holland. 
The sign is illuminated by dual 15W fluorescent tubes and is powered by a 220V plug. The sign has two mounting hooks at the top of the frame.
