@Jetpaul Good morning, thank you for getting in touch. As it is LED operated you could simply change over the plug I believe but I know a simple adapter (Euro to US) could be used and I will happily supply one with the sign.
The UK and Europe share the same voltage (230v). Normally for fluorescent lighting in signs from the UK and Europe would require a step down converter to function in the US as it is 110v, but this sign would not require such a device.
I do hope this helps but please feel free to get in touch again.
Kind regards
The EU plug can easily be changed to a USA plug, but my question is this, and I think I know the answer!
London uses 110V power correct??
@herzcon Don’t tell everyone Mr H!!!
@vo152 Thought maybe you were James Bond and had a fancy penthouse flat in the city
@herzcon Good evening Mr H. Well, as a certain Mr Bond used to say, if I tell you I would have to… only joking!!!
The photographs were taken in London by the previous custodian of this sign. They were so amazing I made sure I kept them on file.
It’s never been used since and has been safely stored.
Thank you so much for the bid tonight.
Speak soon!
