Available for auction is an Italian-made Agostini Ferrari 308 GTS go-kart, a rare and highly collectible children's vehicle produced in the 1980s under official Ferrari license. Built by renowned toy manufacturer Agostini and offered through Ferrari dealerships, high-end toy stores, and specialty catalogs, it is believed that fewer than 200 examples were ever produced.

This particular go-kart features a fiberglass 308 body mounted on a steel tubular chassis, powered by a four-stroke Briggs & Stratton engine paired with an automatic transmission offering forward and reverse. The engine is rear-mounted, driving the rear wheels much like the full-size Ferrari it emulates.

The kart retains its original paint, decals, and tires and is equipped with Italian leather seats, a three-spoke steering wheel, working tail lights with a new battery box, and an added horn. Described by the seller as being in great condition with only minor wear to the engine lid decal, this two-owner example was held by its original owner from the 1980s until last year and is said to run and drive well.

A charming and functional piece, this Agostini Ferrari 308 GTS go-kart makes an exceptional holiday gift or collectible for young enthusiasts and Ferrari aficionados alike. The buyer is responsible for shipping, shipping insurance, handling, and transactional fees. PCARMARKET is not responsible for anything lost or damaged during shipping.

@cmakone generally a broker would do the heavy lifting with papers. If shipped ups ground they would clear it.

@Curiouscanuck Thank you but how does one deal with customs, duties etc

  • Curiouscanuck (seller) 1 week, 1 dayago

@cmakone I think easiest would be if I built a crate around it and had a trucking company pick it up like yellow transport etc. it’s about 6 feet long and 3 feet wide

@Wakegolf I’m not too sure of top speed but they really get going with the 50CC gas engine. Definitely a lot more fun for kids then a power wheels! :)

Do you know roughly how fast it will go? Thanks
