@Andrew97 Is this your second account, you have attracted negative attention in many auctions, I have replied to you by private message, you are distorting the facts here? But that says it all.
No lawyer is going to do anything?
What you are claiming is a lie and therefore slander, believe me the whole thing has major consequences for you. You claim I stole something, that's ridiculous. Believe me, I did not.
As I said, please report me to the police, then we can settle this officially and not here like little children.
@Schilderfee You won't do anything in this matter.
No lawyer has anything to do here.
This is a dispute but you can scare someone with a lawyer and that's all.
I asked you from the beginning where did you get this sign from,
what country does it come from and you didn't answer me
and now it's getting clear.
@MozeszWszycho I choose the official route. I won't let anyone say that to me. I'm looking forward to the post. You are ridiculously serious :D
The situation is clear, we know European law. Paypal has decided, the matter is clear. That you dare to make such a fuss here after you packed the goods so badly and we had to be angry about the damage.
My lawyer will take care of it. I promise, this will result in a lawsuit.
@Schilderfee Nonsense You and I both know how this situation unfolded. I have our conversations where you clearly stated that you would return the item. If you received a damaged item and got your money back, the proper procedure in any complaint is to return the item.
If you truly have nothing to hide, then I encourage you to contact me to clarify the situation and establish the truth. I am not here to start a fight, but rather to resolve this matter fairly. You know exactly how a proper claim works, and if you explain your side through mediation, and it turns out you have the right to the items, the case will be closed.
However, if we cannot come to an agreement, I will have no choice but to involve the authorities. Let's resolve this properly.
@MozeszWszycho What nonsense, Paypal has decided the case, we did not have to send the goods back. Please go to the police, my lawyer will take care of everything.
This is slander my friend, it will cost you dearly. And the watch thing is pretty ridiculous too, but you know that, I'll see you in court;)
This item has been stolen and is now being listed for sale without my consent. Here are the details of the case:
I carefully packed and shipped two items to the buyer, Steffen (seller: Schilderfee): a Martini clock and a lightbox. Upon delivery, the lightbox was damaged, while the Martini clock remained intact. The buyer demanded a refund, which was granted, but he failed to return the items as required.
Instead, he kept both items:
The Martini clock was listed for sale in September 2022, shortly after the transaction.
The lightbox, which he kept for over two years and repaired on his own, has now also been listed for sale.
I request that this auction be suspended immediately.
If this matter is not resolved, I will escalate it to the police. I am prepared to provide all necessary evidence, including correspondence and proof of ownership.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
@Schilderfee auction without a minimum price and an item from an unknown source ?
You didn't answer my question where did you get this item and when was it bought in which country
@911Heaven48 Good day,
there are 12 volt LEDs installed, they only need a 110 volt power supply that regulates down to 12 volts, which is available from Amazon for 20-30 dollars.
We like to convert the old billboards to 12 volt and I recommend anyone who has their garage or shed full of neon signs to do the same, you can significantly reduce the risk of fire.
There is a cable coming out of the sign with plus and minus, which then has to be connected to the power supply unit.
I hope that answers your question.
Thank you very much.
Luftgekühlte Grüße
Guten tag are the electrics German with a transformer to step down the voltage from 220 volts to 12 volts? Does the sign come with any converter from european to USA? Can you post a photo of the plug end so we all can see what is needed to operate here in the US Danka!
@Speedracer800 Hi, thank you very much.
As it is a no reserve auction you will certainly have the opportunity to purchase it in 3 days if you wish. I wish you good luck.
Have a nice Sunday
