The crest is carved from a single piece of wood and has been hand-painted. The crest features a hook on the back for easy hanging. The Porsche crest is based on the coat of arms of Stuttgart featuring the leaping horse, and the state of Wiirttemberg coat of arms established in 1933. It is rather doubtful that this coat of arms is 50 years old. It looks too good and there are no signs of damage.
