@Analog_911 It’s no problem at all. In fairness it was a very astute observation of you. I do believe it’s always best to ask just to make sure, and you did the right thing.

I hope you don’t mind me asking but I assume by your username you are a classic Porsche enthusiast? If you are then that makes two of us.

I hope you had a lovely thanksgiving.

    Kind regards

  • Analog_911 (registered bidder) 1 year, 4 monthsago

@vo152 - Thanks for your reply. Guess I should have known it was decorative.

Good evening Analog_911, many thanks for getting in touch.

You are absolutely correct in your observations of the ‘seconds’ hand not moving.

However, it is actually intentional as the ‘seconds’ hand is purely decorative. This is how it was manufactured as there are no mechanical components internally to allow for the seconds hand to move. It was meant to appear as if it was ‘in action’.

If I can assist with anything else please just let me know as I am here to help.

    Have a wonderful thanksgiving!

    Best regards

I don't think the "second's hand" is moving: The "second's hand" seems to be stuck at 12 seconds "past the minute", in each photo, even though the minute hand moved a couple minutes during the photo-session. Hope I'm wrong.
